April 21st - Southeast Kansas & Southwest Missouri

I took the above photo at night about 10:00 pm CDT just southeast of Miller, Missouri. I believe there was an occassional tornadic circulation on the ground as several minutes before this image there had been one large turquois green power transformer flash. The image above illuminated by the lightning does not show all of the cloud material. Some of the material shows somewhat behind the bolt in other images and appears to reach down to possibly below treeline. However at this point I believe the tornadic circulation was weakening and possibly no longer on the ground. Check the video to see the tornado in action earlier.
